Regular Council Meetings and Work Sessions are held at City Council Chambers, Elks Civic Building (107 S. Cascade Avenue)
  • First and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m.
  • Work Sessions - 11 a.m. on the work day preceeding the Council meeting. No formal action is taken at work sessions.

All meetings of the Council are open to the public. Minutes of proceedings are kept for regular and special meetings. The Council may, however, go into executive session upon consent of a majority of the Council present. Meetings can be viewed live and on-demand from the Video Center.
